What is included

• Copy drafted from a short owner intake.

• Simple links to supplied social profiles, directions, or an existing client login where relevant.
• Text-style software or credential badges and confirmed UK footer details where supplied and approved.
• A Privacy Policy page only where the client supplies or approves the wording.
• One pre-launch revision round.
• Hosting and SSL while subscribed.
• Up to 5 small website edits per month.

What is not included

• Custom design, brand identity, or logo design.
• Email setup or migration.
• Domain registration or renewal costs.
• SEO campaigns, paid ads, blog writing, or ongoing content marketing.
• Client portal building, embedding, management, support, or password handling. A simple link to an existing login may be included.
• Embedded maps, social feeds, widgets, booking systems, ecommerce, payment processing, forms, or integrations.
• New pages, unlimited revisions, or unlimited edits.
• Legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or regulatory advice.

Client responsibilities

The client gives accurate facts and approves the final website copy before launch. This includes service descriptions, professional claims, qualifications, software expertise, testimonials, pricing statements, contact details, privacy wording, company details, and any tax/accounting or regulatory wording.

We do not invent credentials, reviews, client results, certifications, testimonials, or guarantees.

Privacy wording is the client's responsibility. We can place supplied or client-approved wording into the template, but do not provide legal or privacy advice.

Revisions and monthly edits

The service includes one pre-launch revision round for factual corrections, minor wording changes, service order changes, contact details, supplied image/logo replacement, or colourway change.

Monthly small edits include text changes, contact detail updates, swapping a testimonial, or adding/removing a short service item.

Larger layout changes, new pages, rewrites, forms, integrations, or brand redesigns are quoted separately.

Unused monthly edits do not roll over.

Domain, email, and hosting

Recommended: launch on a clean new domain. This avoids disturbing the client's existing website, domain, or email setup. Their current phone number and email can still be shown on the new site.

The client owns and pays for the domain. Domain purchase and renewal costs are not included in the monthly price. We do not ask for passwords or access to the client's full registrar or Cloudflare account.

If the client's email uses their existing domain, they should keep that domain and email service active unless we separately agree an email move. Email setup or migration is excluded from the base package. Hosting and SSL are included while the client is subscribed and in good standing.

Cancellation and exit

There is a 6-month minimum term. After that, the service is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with reasonable notice.

If the subscription ends, hosting, edits, support, and management stop. If the client wants the static site files transferred after cancellation, the export/buyout fee is £750.

If payment is not brought up to date after notice, the site may be paused until the account is current.

No guarantees

The service does not guarantee new leads, search rankings, revenue, conversion rates, Google review improvement, or compliance with every professional rule.
